By placing an order with SMM Hind Panel, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not.
Note: We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes.
1. General Service Policy
- SMM Hind Panel will only be used to promote your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.
- We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we simply guarantee you get the followers you pay for.
- We do not guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
- You will not upload anything into the SMM Hind Panel site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Social Media community.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please read our refund policy carefully as it is strictly enforced:
- No refunds will be made to your original payment method (Paytm, PhonePe, Bank, etc.). After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from SMM Hind Panel.
- You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
- If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site.
- Mistakes: Orders placed on private accounts or using incorrect links will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
3. Responsibility & Privacy
SMM Hind Panel is in no way confidential. We are not responsible for any account labels, shadowbans, or account deletions done by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media platforms.
Your personal information (Email, WhatsApp number) is used only to improve your experience and will never be sold to third parties.
4. Referral & Free Services
Any attempt to exploit our referral system or free services using multiple accounts or bots will result in a permanent ban of your IP address and forfeiture of your remaining balance.
